You receive a street mailing address and your mail can be forwarded to you anywhere in the world. You can also use re-mailing services. You also receive a postage deposit to get you started.

 

What postage deposit amount comes with a Mail Drop when I purchase?

If you choose a 6 month term, you receive 20 euros to start with. If you choose a 1 year term, you receive 40 euros to start with.

 

What is a Virtual Office?

A Virtual Office is a complete office solution. It includes a Mail Drop street mailing address and also comes with a dedicated voice mail and fax number.

 

How do I receive my voice mail & fax messages?

Everything is e-mailed to you.

 

What postage deposit amount comes with a Virtual Office when I purchase?

Virtual Offices are available for a 1 year term and you receive 40 euros to start with.

 

What message deposit is included with live answer when I purchase?

You receive a 25 euros message taking deposit to start with.

 

What are Re-mailing services?

Your mail drop facility can receive mail you have ready to send out to your clients that you have prepared and the envelopes are postmarked from your actual mail drop location. The postage cost to do this is taken from your postage deposit.

 

What is Mail Forwarding?

When your Mail Drop facility collects mail on your behalf, they Mail Forward your items to you wherever you might be. You always have the option to change your Mail Forward address if you move around. The postage cost to do this is taken from your postage deposit.

 

What comes with a voicemail/fax purchase?

A dedicated voicemail and fax number. We can customize your greeting for you or you can record it.

 

What is Call Forward?

A dedicated line that people call and they are immediately transferred without any detection to the telephone or fax number of your choice.
